To touch and feel the products is the starting point to shop in a physical store. GEOX, Europes largest shoe manufacturer, had a low conversion rate in their stores. So they contacted Kollo.
We reviewed everything from customer behavior, communication, range structure, merchandising and shop fittings. The biggest problem was that customers didn’t touch and feel the products. How will they then understand the high quality and degree of innovation in the shoes?
Among a lot of things Kollo developed a new communication system and merchandising solutions and media that inspires the customer to touch, feel and try the products – leading to a higher conversion rate.
