Chinese consumers have in general very little faith in quality in domestic stores, this is especially true for the children and baby segment.
KR Baby had a clear business idea for establishing themselves on the chinese market, and wanted Kollos help developing the concept. Kollo contributed on most levels from consumer insight and range structure to store design and communication.
When the chain opened their first stores the response was very positive. Customers experience KR Baby as a quality supplier with reliable and safe products.
